We strive to continuously provide high quality products and services to our customers by establishing policies and procedures that govern every aspect of our quality system and operating functions. (Incoming/outgoing inspections, inventory management, shelf life control, internal audits, supplier evaluation, control of documents, restricted party screening Corrective/preventive actions).
These policies and procedures are continuously reviewed through our internal audit program and provide for continual improvement of our quality and operations system. Our internal audit program is organized in such a manner that allows us to systematically audit our entire system within every 12 month period.
We perform a 100% visual inspection on all parts and corresponding documentation that transit through our system. In fact, each item receives two inspections, one at time of receipt and one at time of shipment (even if it is coming in and going out the same day). Our comprehensive inspection system has allowed us, over the years, to maintain a less than one percent overall rejection rate from our customers.
Our quality system is certified to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
We are also certified to FAA AC 00-56 through the ASA-100 quality standard .
